We wanted everything to be as authentic as possible. In 1885 the first duck ranch opened on Long Island beginning a one hundred and thirty-four year love affair with the World Famous Long Island Duckling. The museums collections consist of approximately 20000 objects that illustrate the history of Suffolk County and Long Island.
Our nonprofit 501c3 museum opened in 2001 as a museum on wheels traveling around the area to teach people about automotive culture.
